Distance Sales Agreement

The pre-information and agreement for buying Garivio on our website in Türkiye, paid through iyzico.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This Agreement applies to purchases made on the Garivio website (app.garivio.com) from Türkiye and paid through iyzico, where we sell to you directly. Purchases made on the website from outside Türkiye are sold by our reseller Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, and purchases in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps by Apple or Google; those follow the Terms of Service and the seller's own terms.

Before payment the purchaser sees the order summary for that purchase: the products, quantities, term, prices, KDV and total. That summary, the pre-information below and this Agreement are accepted together at checkout, and a durable copy is e-mailed after the order.

Pre-information

  • Seller: the provider in section 1 — Murat Eroğlu, a sole proprietorship trading as Garivio.
  • What is sold: subscriptions to Garivio software products for businesses (section 2), delivered online.
  • Price: the total in Turkish lira with 20% KDV included, shown in the order summary before payment. There is no setup fee, delivery charge or other cost.
  • Payment: by card on iyzico's secure payment page; the order summary's confirm button states that ordering creates a payment obligation.
  • Delivery: the products are switched on in the purchaser's Garivio account immediately after payment confirmation, and no later than one business day.
  • Term and renewal: a prepaid monthly or yearly term that ends unless renewed; automatic renewal applies only if the purchaser turns it on (section 5).
  • Withdrawal and refund: a 14-day full money-back on every website payment, and the statutory withdrawal right where the purchaser is a consumer (section 6).
  • Complaints: support [at] garivio.com; consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court (section 11).

Purchaser

The purchaser is the person or business whose billing identity (Turkish ID number, or tax number and tax office), address and e-mail are entered and confirmed at checkout. The order date is the time of the payment and order confirmation.

2. Subject and essential characteristics

The Agreement covers subscriptions to the Garivio products chosen at checkout: POS Basic (tables, waiter orders, kitchen and payments; 3 paired devices per venue) or POS Pro (adds stock, purchasing and e-Document; 10 paired devices per venue), both priced per venue, and the optional QR Menu, Signage (priced per screen) and Reservations products, described on the pricing page. The order summary names the products, quantities, term and limits. A supported device with a current browser or the Garivio app and an internet connection are needed for setup and synchronisation; the POS keeps working offline after setup.

3. Price, tax and payment

Current prices are on the pricing page; the price that applies is the one in the order summary, which shows the KDV and the total before payment. A product added to an existing plan is charged only for the days left until the plan's renewal date. No optional charge is added without the purchaser's express choice.

Payment is taken by iyzico on its secure payment page, with the supported Visa and Mastercard cards and Pay with iyzico. Card details are entered on iyzico's page and never reach us. If the purchaser chooses to save the card for automatic renewal, iyzico stores it and we keep only its brand, last four digits and expiry date.

4. Formation and performance

The Agreement is formed when the purchaser accepts the order at checkout and iyzico confirms the payment. The products are switched on in the purchaser's Garivio account immediately after payment confirmation, and no later than one business day. The order confirmation and the e-Arşiv or e-Fatura invoice are sent electronically, and the invoice is also shown on the Plan & billing page.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

Each purchase is a prepaid monthly or yearly term. A term ends on its renewal date unless renewed; the purchaser can pay the next term from 14 days before that date and is reminded by e-mail. Automatic renewal applies only if the purchaser saves a card and turns it on: the next term is then charged to that card up to 24 hours before the current one ends, and the purchaser can switch it off at any time on the Plan & billing page. Saving a card without another payment takes a 1 TRY verification charge, cancelled the same day.

The purchaser can cancel at any time on the Plan & billing page or by e-mailing support [at] garivio.com from an authorised address. Access continues until the end of the paid term and nothing further is charged. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Withdrawal and money-back

Every payment made under this Agreement can be refunded in full if the purchaser asks within 14 days of it, without giving a reason. The products that payment paid for end when the refund is made.

Garivio is supplied for commercial and professional use, and a purchaser acting for its trade or profession is normally not a consumer under Turkish consumer law. If the purchaser does legally qualify as a consumer, the purchaser may also withdraw within 14 days of the Agreement's formation without giving a reason, by an unambiguous written notice to support [at] garivio.com. We do not rely on the statutory exception for services performed during the withdrawal period, so this right is not lost by using the service.

7. Defective service and refunds

Mandatory rights relating to defective services remain unaffected. Refunds are sent through iyzico to the card used, in one transaction and without a fee: within 5 business days of an approved request, and within 14 days of a valid withdrawal notice at the latest. Duplicate charges, failure to deliver and other cases are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Use of the service and data

The purchaser must keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully and ensure authorised users comply with the Terms of Service. The purchaser keeps the rights in its business data. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and, where Garivio processes data on the business's behalf, the data-processing agreement.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, provided it takes reasonable steps to limit the impact and resumes performance promptly. Payment obligations already due and mandatory consumer rights are not removed by this clause.

10. Records and evidence

Electronic order, confirmation, payment and communication records are kept for at least 3 years from the transaction, and longer where another mandatory financial or evidence period applies. The purchaser can keep the e-mailed copy and request another from support [at] garivio.com during that period. The purchase steps are explained in the Transaction Guide.

11. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Send complaints to support [at] garivio.com or use the Contact page. Turkish law governs this Agreement. A purchaser legally qualifying as a consumer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the current statutory monetary limits. For disputes between businesses, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules and any written agreement between the parties.

12. Effect

By confirming the order, the purchaser confirms that the pre-information, the order summary, this Agreement and the linked policies were available before payment, that the details could be corrected, and that the order created a payment obligation.
