Terms of Service

The ground rules for using this website and our products. Plain language, no surprises.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Garivio website and any Garivio product you access. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

1. The service

Garivio provides operational software for service businesses, including Garivio POS. The features available to you depend on the plan you choose. We're actively building, so the service evolves — we may add, change or retire features, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at security [at] garivio.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and as intended.
  • Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Don't use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, or to infringe others' rights.

4. Plans & billing

The paid service is an indefinite monthly subscription billed in advance. Current advertised prices, trial terms and tax treatment are shown in the Garivio POS pricing section. The transaction-specific order summary is authoritative and shows the billing period, all applicable taxes and final amount payable before acceptance. There is no long lock-in: you can cancel and the plan runs until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

5. Your data & content

Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service, under our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement between us. You can export your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or return it in line with our retention schedule.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, and Garivio POS is designed to keep operating even when your internet connection drops. That said, no online service is perfect — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may occasionally need to perform maintenance.

7. Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Garivio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, giving notice where it's reasonable to do so.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we make a material change we'll revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. For B2B disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules and any written agreement between the parties. This does not restrict any mandatory forum or consumer right that legally applies to a purchaser.
