1. Delete it yourself
- Sign in to the Garivio app (iPhone, iPad or Android) or at app.garivio.com.
- Open your account (your photo or initials at the top).
- Choose Delete my account, type your account’s e-mail address and confirm.
You are signed out on every device at once.
2. What is deleted
- Your name, e-mail address, phone numbers, profile photo and password, and the Google sign-in linked to your account.
- If you own an organization, it is scheduled for deletion with your account: its users lose access straight away, its plan stops renewing and its saved card is removed, and its data (menu, sales, customers, staff) is erased after 7 days.
- If you work at an organization someone else owns, that organization continues without you.
3. What we keep
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires (generally 10 years in Türkiye), without your name or contact details where the law allows. Security logs are kept for up to a year.
4. Can’t sign in?
Write to support [at] garivio.com from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.
